At CYO, every piece begins with intention. Whether you choose a readily available design or create something uniquely yours, we take care to prepare and deliver your jewelry with the same attention and craftsmanship that goes into making it.

Order Processing

Readily available pieces are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive your order.

Custom pieces take a little more time. Since each one is made especially for you, production and shipping may take around 4–6 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. We always prioritize craftsmanship and quality, while working to ensure your piece reaches you without unnecessary delays.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. If there are any unexpected delays or concerns with your order, we will keep you informed by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 2–3 business days after the shipping confirmation.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on DHL Parcel rates and your delivery location.

International Shipping

CYO ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on where you are located and the shipping option you select.

Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package as it travels to you.

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
