Order Processing

Available pieces are usually shipped within 3–5 business days of payment receipt.

Custom pieces take a little longer. Since each piece is crafted specifically for you, production and shipping time is approximately 4–6 weeks after order confirmation — depending on design complexity and material availability.

We always prioritize quality and craftsmanship so that your piece arrives exactly as intended — no unnecessary rush, no compromises.

Please note: No shipping on Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will, of course, inform you by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after shipping confirmation.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout — based on DHL Parcel rates and your delivery location.

International Shipping

CYO ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the country and selected shipping option.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by the respective authorities and are borne by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link — so you can track your package in real-time at any time.

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them.
